Chūson-ji Temple (中尊寺) is a historic and sacred Buddhist temple located in the town of Hiraizumi, Iwate Prefecture. History of Chūson-ji Temple

The temple complex includes numerous buildings and shrines, with the most famous being the Golden Hall, housing sacred relics and treasures.

- By Car: The temple is located about 30 minutes by car from Ichinoseki Station, with parking available at the temple.
